Service
Plastic connects to your existing store, enriches supported product pages, and displays track previews, album stories, and release details where we can match them.
Your store
You confirm that you are allowed to connect the store and share the catalog details needed to run Plastic. You remain responsible for your storefront, orders, checkout, pricing, stock, and customer relationship.
Enrichment
We work to keep matches useful and accurate. Music data, preview availability, and third-party catalog sources can still be incomplete or change over time.
Payment and cancellation
Pricing is the plan agreed by email or invoice. Installation is free unless agreed otherwise. Monthly service continues until you cancel by email.
Availability
Plastic is provided as a lightweight enrichment service. We may improve, change, or pause parts of the service when needed to keep it working.
Limits
Plastic is not responsible for lost sales, store-platform outages, third-party data changes, or decisions made by your ecommerce provider.
