What we collect
We collect the information needed to run Plastic for your store: contact details, store URL, store platform, product catalog fields, enrichment results, support messages, and technical logs.
Store customers
Plastic does not need payment card data, checkout accounts, or order fulfillment data. The widget may record basic usage signals such as page views, widget opens, track clicks, and errors so we can keep the service working.
How we use data
We use data to connect the store, match albums, enrich product pages, support your team, measure reliability, prevent misuse, and improve coverage.
Sharing
We do not sell store or customer data. We share data only with infrastructure, enrichment, analytics, or support providers when needed to provide the service, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep store data while the service is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for support, accounting, and security. You can ask us to delete store data that is no longer needed.
Security
