They Live!

Brighton duo Evil Nine defined the mid-2000s breakbeat scene with this high-octane release. It serves as a masterclass in remix culture, featuring heavy hitters like Breakbot and Trevor Loveys who each push the original track into distinct, dancefloor-ready territories.

These tracks capture the gritty, bass-heavy energy that dominated the UK electronic underground during that era. The production leans into a fusion of electro and house, reflecting the raw, kinetic sound that made the label a staple for late-night club sets.
