Angels Of Distress

Finnish funeral doom finds its most glacial and crushing form on this record. The compositions stretch out into vast, suffocating soundscapes that feel like a slow descent into a frozen abyss.

Spikefarm Records captured the essence of the early 2000s Nordic underground with this release. The production emphasizes a cavernous, heavy atmosphere that defined the bleak aesthetic of the era's extreme metal scene.
