Only By The Night

Anthemic hooks and a shift toward massive, stadium-ready sound defined this pivotal release for the Followill brothers. It marked the moment they traded their gritty, garage-rock roots for a polished, atmospheric intensity that resonated with a global audience.

Recorded during a period of transition, the production emphasizes soaring guitars and Caleb Followill’s signature gravelly vocals. The result is a collection of tracks that feel both intimate and expansive, perfectly capturing the moody, late-night energy of the late 2000s indie rock scene.
