Must Be Dreaming

Emerging from the short-lived but highly influential collaboration between Imogen Heap and producer Guy Sigsworth, this release captures the ethereal electronic-pop sound that defined the early 2000s. The track serves as a cornerstone of their singular studio album, Details, blending intricate digital textures with organic vocal layers. Its production reflects Sigsworth's background working with artists like Björk and Madonna, emphasizing a sophisticated pop sensibility that felt both futuristic and deeply emotional.

This specific pressing highlights the track's versatility through a diverse range of club-oriented interpretations. Featuring contributions from house veterans K-Klass and the synth-heavy Soul Mekanik, the collection bridges the gap between the duo's art-pop origins and the global dance floors of the era. With hundreds of collectors still tracking this release, it remains a sought-after artifact of a project that disbanded shortly after its debut, leaving a lasting legacy on the landscape of modern folktronica and synth-pop.
