Oshin

Guitar lines ripple like sunlight on water, creating a hypnotic, fluid sound that feels both nostalgic and urgent. The record manages to balance hazy, dream-pop textures with a rhythmic drive that keeps the listener hooked from start to finish.

Captured during the early 2010s Brooklyn indie scene, the production leans into a lo-fi aesthetic that gives the music a raw, intimate quality. It remains a definitive release for the Captured Tracks label, perfectly encapsulating the era's obsession with shimmering, reverb-drenched melodies.
