Birds

Nature serves as the primary muse for this collection, with the trio translating the flight and songs of birds into intricate, melodic piano jazz. Each track functions like a miniature landscape, shifting from the rhythmic energy of a woodpecker to the serene, expansive atmosphere of a call for peace.

Recorded for the Hamburg-based Skip Records, the album highlights the group's long-standing chemistry and their signature approach to contemporary European jazz. The production feels crisp and intimate, favoring a clean acoustic sound that allows every subtle interaction between the piano, bass, and drums to breathe.
