Contre-Courant

French heavy metal veterans Killers lean into their most aggressive tendencies on this 1995 release. The record crackles with an uncompromising intensity, driven by sharp riffs and lyrics that confront societal decay head-on.

Mid-nineties production gives the tracks a raw, muscular edge that defines the band's transition into a more modern hard rock sound. It stands as a pivotal moment for the group, capturing a gritty energy that remains a staple of the underground French metal scene.
