Significant Other

Aggressive energy defines this record, which famously cemented the band's place in the late nineties mainstream. It balances heavy, downtuned guitar riffs with rhythmic hip-hop vocal deliveries that became the defining sound of the era.

Terry Date produced the album, giving it a polished, punchy aesthetic that helped push nu metal into arenas worldwide. The tracks capture a specific moment of angst and bravado that resonated deeply with listeners at the turn of the millennium.
