Boots On The Ground

Massive Attack returns with a stark, politically charged collection that blurs the lines between experimental soundscapes and raw, guitar-driven rock. The record leans heavily into spoken-word elements, creating a haunting atmosphere that feels like a direct response to the uncertainty of the current decade.

Production here favors a gritty, lo-fi aesthetic that strips away the polished sheen of their earlier trip-hop classics. It captures the tension of the 2026 landscape, blending industrial textures with the band's signature melancholic weight.
